We were both business people. One morning we woke up and decided to that the corporate world just wasn't for us, so we took a leap and bought a food truck. Belknap Dough Company was formed, and the rest is history. We are a locally owned wood fired pizza restaurant. We take pride in providing local and fresh ingredients in a friendly environment.
